Monthly Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to all features until that date. No content is removed immediately upon cancellation.
Annual Plan Cancellation
Annual plans are cancelled immediately and you receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your year. The refund is calculated as:
refund = (days remaining ÷ 365) × annual price paid
A minimum of 7 days must remain in your billing period to qualify for a refund. After cancellation you receive a 3-day grace period of full access before your account transitions to the free tier (read-only mode for existing content).
After Cancellation — Read-Only Mode
Once your access period ends (end of billing period for monthly; 3-day grace period for annual), your account transitions to the free tier. Your lessons and content are never deleted — they remain visible in read-only mode. To resume full editing and gameplay, simply resubscribe at any time.
How to Cancel
Log in to your account, navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, and confirm. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email. If you need help, you can also contact us and we'll cancel for you.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. Legitimate billing errors are corrected promptly.
Free Trial
If you cancel during the 14-day free trial period, you will not be charged. No partial charges, no surprises.
Plan Changes
Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.
